STATUTE
OF SCALES PRODUCERS' ASSOCIATION
IN POLAND

Chapter I
GENERAL RESOLUTIONS

§ 1

Association is named "Scales Producers' Association in Poland" and it's called "Association" in further parts of statute.

§ 2

Association is active on the territory of Republic of Poland and seat of its authorities is Lublin.

§ 3

Association is arised on unlimited time.
Association possess legal personality.

§ 4

Association may be a member of native and international organizations with similar profile of activity.

§ 5

Association has the right of using stamps and badges in compliance with obligatory legal rules.

Chapter II
AIMS AND WAYS OF ITS REALIZATION

§ 6

Association's has a following aims:

Integrating producers of mass measuring and collaborating equipment.
Propagating need of using fair weighing equipment in trade and industry.
Activity for securing quality of scales permited to useing in the country.
Cooperation in creating normative deeds of legal metrology in range of weighing equipment.
Organizing trainings for ingeneering-technical and manager staff.
Maintaining contacs with similar organizations and associations in the country and abroad.
Asking for interpretation of obligatory legal regulations concerning weighing branch and sending this information to members of Association.

Chapter III
MEMBERS OF ASSOCIATION

§ 8

Members of Association are divided for:
ordinary
supporting
honourable

Chapter IV
AUTHORITIES OF ASSOCIATION

§ 12

Authorities of Association are:

1. General Meeting
2. Board
3. Board of Control
4. GENERAL MEETING

§ 15

A paramount authority of Association is General Meeting, which is composed of ordinary members.

General Meeting is called together by Board every two years.

BOARD OF ASSOCIATION

§ 22

Board of Association is composed of 4 members, selected by General Meeting.
Board is composed of:
President
Vice-president
Secretary
Member of Board

§ 23

Board of Association assembles depending on needs, on the initiative of President or Vice-president.

§ 24

Cooperation of two members of Board is necessary for making a statement of will and signing in the name of Association.
Resolutions of Board are carried by ordinary majority of votes with attendance at least half of a number of persons entitled to voting, inclusive of President or Vice-president. In case of equal number of votes, President's vote decides.

 

BOARD OF CONTROL

§ 26

Board of Control is composed of 3 members selected by General Meeting.

Board of Control chose a Chairman from its composition.

 

Chapter V
FORTUNE - FUNDS OF ASSOCIATION

§ 30

Movables, immovables and funds amount to fortune of Association

 

§ 31

Funds of Association are composed of:

membership fees from ordinary and supporting members.
voluntary payments from supporting members
incomes from own activity
payment from physical and legal persons
donations, legacies, incomes from public generosity.

Chapter VI
CHANGE OF STATUTE AND DISSOLVING OF ASSOCIATION

§ 34

Change of statute and dissolving of Association can be done in virtue of resolution of General Meeting, passed by majority 2/3 votes, with attendance at least half number of members of Association entitled to voting.
